Sparkling Secrets Revealed in Asian Exhibition
Havas Luxe designed and produced the Swarovski’s Sparkling Secrets exhibition that debuted in Shanghai 2012, which showcased the company’s heritage, while also positioning Swarovski as a current global leader in the fashion world. This was the first time Swarovski had done an exhibit show casing their history since its creation in 1851. President of Havas Luxe, Thomas Serrano, cited that “The concept for Sparkling Secrets was born out of organic thinking about the project and how best to tell the brand’s story to the public.”
Unparalleled and simply exquisite, the interactive displays created a fantastic world of light and crystals. Visitors entered into a crystal maze that led viewers into a blue room with window displays highlighting key dates in Swarovski’s family history. As visitors weaved through the exhibit, they were able to learn more about the brand through pictures, videos and the crystals themselves. The experience truly allowed visitors to witness the secrets and brand traditions of the Swarovski crystal.
The exhibit began in Shanghai, proceeded to Seoul and later to Osaka, Japan in the Hankyu Umeda Gallery in the Hankyu department store. The Japan exhibit showcased Swarovski partnerships with Coco Chanel, Christian Dior, and Elsa Schiaparelli and continued the Sparkling Secrets tradition through experiential education.
