Swarovski Market Week 2016
For Swarovski’s Launch of their Fall/Winter 2016 Collection, Havas Luxe designed a two-day B2B global event in Manhattan, NYC. The goal of the event was to showcase the new jewelry collection, reveal the new global face of the brand, and re-inspire the World of Swarovski.
The event began at the iconic Rainbow Room on Fifth avenue, as 230 valued partners joined for a business review to look into the future of Swarovski, which was led by their most influential executives. The presentations concluded with a surprise announcement as Swarovski revealed, for the first time, the new face of their Global Campaign, Karlie Kloss. Karlie Kloss took the stage as Jean Jacques Sebbag, Senior VP of Swarovski Group, conducted an interactive Q+A and group photo moment. Also revealed was Swarovski’s new #HowYouSayIt social media campaign and video, which has been viewed by over 300,000 people.
Following the presentations, guests enjoyed an evening reception and a seated dinner at the Rainbow Room as we transformed the space to fully embrace the Crystal Galaxy theme. Sunset views of NYC created the perfect backdrop, and live entertainment greeted the guests as they entered the room to be seated for dinner.
The next morning, Swarovski’s partners were invited to 620 Loft and Garden for a Marketing Program review, where Havas Luxe fully transformed the space from a white gallery, to a Swarovski Crystal jewelry exhibit, holding over 22 displays. Following the presentations, guests enjoyed a catered lunch on the roof providing stunning views of St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Shortly after, partners were invited by appointment to order their favorite pieces from the new collection.
