Luxury Education Foundation Celebrates 10 Years

LEF board member and Havas Luxe President, Thomas Serrano, and Henri Barguirdjian, President & CEO of Graff USA, co-chaired Luxury Education Foundation’s tenth anniversary.  The Foundation establishes innovative educational programs in collaboration with Columbia Business School and Parsons School of Design, and launched its tenth program, the Luxury Craftsmanship Workshop at the event.

Luxe was proud to design and produce LEF’s ten year celebration, which was held at The New School. The non-for-profit organization has connected over 500 students to 37 leading luxury companies throughout the last decade.

The evening kicked off with a panel presentation and moved from the auditorium to a large hall showcasing iconic product designs and marketing projects created in collaboration between students and brands like Ferragamo, Lalique, and Cartier.  The event drew 350 key influencers from the luxury industry, LEF CEOs and senior executives, select press members, and former students of Parsons School of Design and Columbia Business School.

“The night, which kicked off with a glittering reception on the Parsons campus on Fifth Avenue, put the spotlight on how the program has, since its inception, continued to provide students with opportunities to work closely with senior executives in leading luxury firms to gain a better understanding of and develop a deeper appreciation for the industry’s unique elements.” – WAG Mag
